1 · What we hold

Appily Fortyeight keeps only what is needed to run your seed orders — contact details, delivery address, order and payment references, support messages, and basic technical signals used for security.

2 · Why we hold it

To verify accounts, pack and dispatch seed lots, coordinate couriers, send order updates, prevent fraud, and improve the storefront. Sowing-tips or new-lot emails are sent only if you opt in.

3 · Who can see it

Only vetted processors handling payments, email and logistics — each limited to the minimum data for their task and bound to confidentiality. We never sell your data.

4 · Where it lives

Data is primarily stored and processed in India. Any cross-border cloud transfer carries safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection rules.

5 · Your controls

Email hello@appilyfortyeight.com with subject "Privacy" to access, correct or erase your records. We aim to respond within 30 days.
