Order Change & Cancellation

Before we pack

Request a change or cancellation through Track & Support, quoting your order number, before the lot enters the packing queue. Confirmed prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch

Once a lot is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled; any post-delivery issue is handled under the Germination & Returns Assurance.

Reserved seasonal lots

Pre-booked seasonal or limited seed lots reserved for a sowing window cannot be cancelled once reserved, because stock is set aside for you.

When we cancel

We may cancel orders affected by lot shortages, failed quality checks, or courier embargoes, and will refund in full or offer a substitute lot.
